The short version: This page lets you ask about booking me and look at my pricing. Sending the form starts a conversation — it isn't a booking and it doesn't hold your date. Anything we actually agree to lives in a separate written contract I send you.
This page exists so you can tell me about your event and view my packages and pricing. Using it means you're okay with what's on this page.
Filling out the form doesn't reserve your date, guarantee my availability, or create a contract between us. I book on a first-come basis and dates go quickly in season. Your event is confirmed only when I send you a written agreement and you sign it.
Package prices shown here are starting points and can change based on hours, travel, lighting, additional sound, and what your venue requires. The price that counts is the one written into your signed agreement. Prices on this page may be updated at any time and aren't locked in until we have that agreement.
Deposits, payment schedules, cancellation, rescheduling, and what happens in an emergency are all covered in the written agreement I send you before your event — not on this page. If anything here appears to conflict with that signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing texts. If you give me your mobile number, I may text you personally about your inquiry and your event. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. I don't sell or share your number with anyone for their own marketing.
Please give me real contact details and honest event information. I plan around what you tell me, and I may decline or cancel an inquiry that turns out to be inaccurate or submitted in bad faith.
The photos, text, pricing decks, and design here belong to me or are used with permission. You're welcome to share the link and to show the deck to your partner, your planner, and your venue. Please don't republish the material as your own or use it commercially without asking.
I do my best to keep this page up and accurate, but I can't promise it will always be available or entirely free of errors. If something looks wrong, email me and I'll fix it.
To the extent the law allows, my responsibility for anything connected to your use of this website is limited to the amount you've actually paid me. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
I may update these terms; the date at the top will change when I do.
